Club Records

Chris Dalby passed 2500 runs for the club in the final match against Gargunnock, and Glynn Topliss made his highest score of  44 in the same match.

Matt Tierney produced the best bowling figures in a match by taking 5 – 15 against Innellan back in April.

 

AGM

The club AGM was held on Sunday 14th September 2007 at 3pm at the Stagecoach Inn Cairndow. A good attendance made for a very productive meeting.

Matt Tierney will continue as Captain for a 4th  year.

Roddy Macdiarmid continues as Chairman.

Bill Nelson continues as Fixture Secretary.
Barry Rowlands has the position of Treasurer.

Annual Dinner & Prize giving

A superb evening was had by all at the Cairndow Stagecoach Inn on Friday 9th November 2007. After a fabulous meal, speeches by Roddy, Matt and Robert McIntyre, entertained everyone present and led on to the prize giving.

Chris Dalby won the Batting Trophy (54 avge), and the player of the year award.

Matt Tierney won the Bowling Trophy (7.64 avge).

Glynn Topliss won the Fielding Trophy.

Barry Rowlands won the Duck Cup.

David Gray’s boys won the Captain’s award.

Ally Bremner was presented with a special award for his services to the club and the game.

 

Players Meeting

This will be held on Sunday 24th February 2008 at 7pm at the Stagecoach Inn Cairndow, All welcome.
